Hole-In-One Insurance

 

1. Initial charge to a new member is $10.00. Annual renewal fee for members is $5.00 and is included as a part of billing for annual dues.
2. The Treasurer shall authorize a $5.00 assessment to each member if/when the fund balance goes below $200.
3. A member making an attested hole-in-one at any course, upon notification to the Captain and proof of such a feat, shall be awarded with a check for $100 from the SJCC Ladies 18-Hole Group and upon submittal of appropriate forms to the Hole-in-One Chair, shall also be duly recognized by WGANC.
4. When a member of the 18-Hole Group scores a hole-in­ one at SJCC, each member of the 18-Hole Group that is present that day is entitled to one well drink or one well wine. Charge tags must be signed with the name of the member accepting the drink and notation "18-Hole-in­ One".
5. Should the hole-in-one occur on Guest Day or SJCC Invitation, guest of the 18-Hole Group shall also be entitled to one well drink or one well wine (same signature and notation on charge slips required, except tag will be for two drinks-member and her guests).

 

****NOTE: Your Hole-in-One Insurance applies ONLY to holes-in-one made at SJCC. If you are lucky enough to make one elsewhere, the drinks are on you (if you opt to offer them-you are not obligated to do so).
